“In 1997, our fifth year of operation, Package Right Corporation relocated
to Tipton from Westfield , IN.
The leadership and guidance of
the TCEDC made this move
possible for us.

Now in our 16th year, we are very
happy to be part of the growing Tipton community. Through the efforts of the TCEDC we were able to acquire land suitable for our needs at the time and which also allowed for future growth.
They assisted us in securing tax abatements for not only our initial
building but our expansion in 2000
and again in 2006. These abatements
are a true win-win for our company
and the community in that they
allow us to match the pace of
increase in our property taxes
with the hoped-for increase in
revenue streams from each expansion.

The TCEDC is helpful in ensuring
that we are aware of all of the tools available to growing companies
from the State government.

It is this kind of attention that

very tough markets served by
